This is an introductory meditation class which will touch on many forms of meditation that may fit your lifestyle, including mindfulness, guided, visualization, walking, etc.
We will bust some of the many myths surrounding meditation as well as discuss the incredible benefits that a daily meditation practice can bring to our lives including reduced anxiety and depression, improved focus and productivity and so much more!
Personal stories of the healing power of meditiation will be shared before our guided group meditation for self love and peace. The ticket price also includes a guided meditation CD to help cultivate a daily meditation practice into your life quickly and easily.
The event will be hosted by the amazing Bounty Books in Vacaville! The class is two hours and water will be provided.
